We approve refunds for purchases up to 30 days old in situations when; unsolvable technical issue occurs in our product (like a bug); which also originates in the product; that makes impossible to use the product (e.g. causing a crash); when all system requirements (*) described at the product's page are met at the moment of purchase.
If you've purchased D16 product elsewhere you need to contact your dealer and request a refund on their conditions.
