The arp doesn't retrigger in live

It plays once then silence on the next cycle then it plays again and so on.Pretty much one bar on one bar off.It's a little off putting but i can bounce to audio for now.I know live can be finnicky with plugins sometimes so i'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Could You explain more precisely, when does it happen? When the Ph works in Live mode or Internal seq? What VST-host do You use?
