303 day upgrade for Phoscyon 1 owner any upgrade offers ?

I owned Phoscyon 1 since a long time even before the D16 website had a user area. Any upgrade path discount
options ? And how... it seems inaccessible through user area with only option to buy Phoscyon 2 outright
as IO have no Phoscyon 1 licence in the account, I guess it was just serial input at the time.
