Clearing Preset Patterns.

Hi,
I picked up Phoscyon over the weekend and am unfortunately finding the interface rather unintuitive.
The manual is comprehensive, but I'm still finding it difficult to get my head around, so I've been watching some youtube tutorials and I'm now aware of how to programme notes using the in built sequencer.
My issue is that I dont want banks and banks of premade patterns to fiddle around with or anything to get in the way of my own patterns.
Is there a clean slate option? Or a bank of blank patterns that anyone has stored which I could ask Phoscyon to look at?
