How to make notes sustain when using external seq?

Post by m.arthur » Wed Jun 07, 2017 9:16 pm

Hi,

I know that you can make notes sustain / hold by using the Tie in the internal sequencer of Phoscyon, but is there a way to make them sustain when using external control, e.g. from a MIDI track in ableton? The envelope control for the instrument doesn't have typical ADSR stages, and the decay length seems to max at 1/16th note, which is very short! I'd like to play passages from my keyboard that aren't just 16th notes, but can't figure out how to do it!

thanks,
-Michael

EDIT -- I realized after playing around a bit today that the "ACC. DECAY" knob greatly increases the length of played notes when turned up, so this is more or less what I was looking for.
