Question:
When changing Cut Off and Resonance there can be a big difference in volume output. In other words, in some positions it’s too loud, other times too soft. Is there a handy trick to keep the volume at a constant level? I tried a limiter on top of Phoscyon, but the effect isn’t as I hoped for...

First of all, welcome to the forum and thank you for posting the track! Keep it up.
Regarding to your question equalization and compression are the only two simplest ways of dealing with output's volume differences i can think of.
