program changes MIDI?

Hi,
Is it possible to make program changes with phoscyon or not?
I've seen this post of 2008 where the same question is asked, but I guess this problem should have been addressed by now.

Hello Bart!
The program change had been experimented over several former versions of our softwares.
Eventually though, we have had to take the decision on this matter.
The decision on such MIDI administration within our devices was due to the actual increase of the total number of presets our devices can access. Since this time it is more than just 128 of them once (which is a known critical amount for MIDI data).
And also according to the structure - common to every D16 device built since then, receiving the program change MIDI signal has ceased.
However this has been proven a crucial functionality, therefore we are working the way out (around) to regain it. We are on the mappable program change azimuth again. Just arm yourself with bit of patience.
