Hello. I purchased Phoscyon and for som reason the automap is not working. I am sure it is a simple fix. I am using Ableton with automap 3.7. I ticked the box for Phoscyon in the Plug Manager setup. I have an iMAC running 10.6.8. Any help would be great appreciated. Thanks

We are aware about the issue with Automap + AU, does it happen with VST version as well?

Btw. it's not matter of configuration only, it is a bug in communication between our plug-ins and automap. We'll fix this in
upcoming update.

Yes it happens with the VST version.

Hi Olivier,

I decided to make a re-check on this issue with the latest versions (or almost) of software.

So i made my tests on OSX 10.6.8 with Automap 3.7.4 on
- Logic 9.1.4 32 bit
- Ableton Live 8.2.1

And this time everything worked smoothly (i tested Phoscyon, Syntorus and Toraverb on
single track (AU and VST)), i suppose Novation could fix their Automap in the meantime
(to make it suitable for our software as well) since we also notified them back then about
issue between our plug-ins and Automap.

So my questions are:
Do you also run your controller with the latest version of Automap?
What exactly controller do you use, i used for tests Classic Remote SL 25, but i can try it out on SL II as well?
What exactly version of Live do you use?
