Phscyon crashing Sonar 8.5

Hi. Just got Phoscyon and really like it. However, it crashes Sonar 8.5 within 15 minutes of opening an instance and tweaking the knobs. Makes no difference if its in Arp. mode or Seq. mode. How do I get an older version to test out?

Hi,
We don't have a 8.5 version, we have only the latest version of Sonar 8 and I checked it under this one, seems to be fine.
But I've written an email with a request for a NFR version of Sonar 8.5 to kind guys from Cakewalk
, so we will be able to check this problem on a exact version.

Just on a quick guess, could it be an issue with the way Sonar wraps it's plug ins? IIRC, they're still wrapping VSTs too work as DX plugs. Why? I don't know. I love Sonar, but they seem to handle VSTs very oddly.

Hi,
Yes, it could be. But I need to be certain and check it under Sonar 8.5. I have here only the latest version of Sonar 8 (8.3) and Phoscyon works fine under this one. I have written to guys from Cakewalk, they're going to send us 8.5 version to examine this problem.

I am using Cakewalk Sonar 8.5 too. And i bought Physcon this night. I will try to reproduce the problem, if it still exist.

We do own Sonar 8.5 already
to be honest for quite some time, and we weren't able to reproduce it under this version either.

I am sorry, i have the Problem that Phoscyon freezes Sonar 8.5. I only need to play around with patterns press Start and Stop with the Spacekey in Sonar and then it freezes. Feel free to write an email to me.

Today it is working. The diference between today and yesterday is,
i turned Steam off.

Okay, Steam isn't the problem. I guess it is a key problem. After a day, this problem doesn't exist anymore. On Synapse Orion i didn't have any problems yesterday and today. And the problems on Sonar are disappeared.
