Pattern swing & AudioUnit version

Title pretty much sums it up.

A swing parameter is absolutely vital (swing amount via knob, with an option for 1/8th or 1/16th notes swing). Just thought I would give a reminder.

Also, an audiounit version is greatly wished for!

Phoscyon is a beauty, these two wishes would complete it.
