TR 707 VSTi - my favourite wanted :)

Post by ant0nwax » Fri Feb 23, 2007 9:30 am

Hello all!

I know you are working a lot on 909 and 808 (to be released soon)
but the thing i was always looking for was a native Roland TR-707 VSTi
If you would release a 707 i´d be the most happy guy in the world :)
at least until i buy a real one :) hehe

Kind Regards

Anton

What is so exciting on a 707 as plug-in?
No sound edit options, no special features on this machine.
Take a good sample-set and thats it.

The 727 (percussion machine) would be perhaps a thing
of interest because the 909+727 couple was used by a lot
of house- and some old school hip hop-producers.

Looking at the current "used gear" market out there, 707s and 727s can still be picked up quite easy for 150 Euro every few weeks. No point really.
