Some feature requests

Hi D16,

Even though I really enjoy Phsocyon 2 (v2.1.0) very much, I have some feature requests:

- Make "Ext. Mode" an external controllable parameter, such that a DAW can access it, like 'Tuning Coarse"
- Implement a lock per parameter (like u-he plugins do), so that changing presets will ot change that parameter
- Make "Distortion Type" an external controllable parameter, such that a DAW can access it, like 'Tuning Coarse"
- MIDI output is now outputting ModWheel (CC1) & Sustain (CC64). Could you eliminate those?
- Have incoming MIDI Sustain (CC64) hold the Host Note, if Host Note mode is selected
