Time Mode: how to enter the value of the notes?

Hello,
I can't find how to enter the note value in Phoscyon 2.
If it's obvious to enter a sixteenth note or a sixteenth rest, I can't find how to enter tie note value.
I searched in vain in the manual.
If anyone has the solution, I would really appreciate it.
