Bought Redoptor 2 via D16 site but still no key

I bought Redoptor 2 a couple of days ago via the D16 site, but I still haven't received my key. The invoice said it would be delivered within 48 hours, but still no joy. I've submitted a support ticket yesterday, but there has been no reply yet I love all your plugins, and am itching to see what you've done with the new version of Redoptor. I haven't had any problems purchasing from you before
