Hi,

just bought the PunchBox this morning!

When switching to a preset my DAW crashes immediately.
It seems as it playes as long as you don´t load a sample.

DAW ist Ableton 9.6 (32 BIT)
on OSX 10.11.5

Please help...

We've already been reported about this problem, which concerns PunchBOX running 32bit on Mac OS X only. Right now our team is working on a bugfix.

Punchbox crashes also Cubase 6.5 when I try to change some parameters in the first modules on the left.

Please give more specs of your computer set Luca, do you also use Mac OS X and Cubase is running in 32bit mode?

We're going to prepare installers of a new version that includes the bugfix after the weekend.

Thank you for you answer! I use Cubase 6.5 Artist running at 32 bit on a Mac 10.8.5.

Now I'm using it at 64 bit and it works fine, it's awesome! Now you have to make a PunchBox for Snares!

Thank you for reply, it confirms we are speaking of the same issue here. Btw. update with bugfix should be released today or tomorrow. Stay tuned, we'll be sending notifications to all customers when update becomes available.
