No VST2 version is available anymore?

Some time ago I bought the Lush 2 upgrade (at a very reasonable price - thank you). After that I replaced Lush-101 with Lush 2 (by manually copying the patch) in all of my projects and uninstalled it. At least I thought I replaced it in all projects but, being as scattered as I am, I forgot about half of my projects that were saved in a different directory. No problem, I thought, I'll just redownload and reinstall Lush-101. Then I had to realize that no VST2 installer is available anymore. Not even for the older versions. When I originally installed the plugin I installed the VST2 version (either VST3 wasn't available back then or my DAW hasn't yet supported it, I can't remember) and now I'm kinda screwed because I used Lush-101 VST2 extensively in my older projects. Is there a way to make a VST2 installer available at least for the registered users?

Thanks for the support . I ended up manually recreating all patches from memory with Lush 2.
