SilverLine Bundle

I just bought you SilverLine Bundle and none of the plug-ins work at all.
I use a Mac OS 10.5 with Cubase 4
All the interfaces look blank and there is no audio processing happening at all.
Can somebody help?
I sent several emails to contact@d16.pl but they were all returned undelivered
