Hello - I just downloaded demo version of Decimort. The installer installed the Decimort component in proper location (library/audio/plug-in/component), however even after restarting computer twice, Garageband does not read the plug-in under "instrument generator" (I have other AU plug-ins like iDrum that are read just fine).

Could this be demo version, or does Decimort not work with Garageband?

Decimort demo and Decimort full install themselves the same way.

Decimort is not a instrument generator, but audio effect, it processes sound, not generates. You should look for it under Audio Unit Effects.
