Fazortan and Decimort seem to consume more CPU on osx 10.5?

Hi all @D16,

I finally upgraded my MBP to 10.5. Migration was itself quite painless.

I noticed that Live 7.0.10 starts up a lot faster on 10.5, which is nice

But now I've tried opening some sessions that I made while still on 10.4.11, and Decimort and Fazortan seem to eat a lot more CPU.. Cannot get the sessions playing back, with any buffersize, if Fazortan & Decimort are enabled

Any post-upgrade-tips that could solve my problems? Did I miss some 10.5 hotfix or something like that?

TIA

Hi,

We haven't been notified about such fact, we'll investigate it - maybe the processor optimization settings for compiler in MacOS in 10.5 should be different - it'll be checked.

You haven't missed any hotfix, universal binary is supposed to work in the same manner under 10.4 and 10.5.

Best regards,
Sebastian
