It's downloadable for our customers only, because it's a Release Candidate, not official version yet.

so if i buy the 32 bit version i can download the 64 bit version?

Hi,
Yes. Both version are available (official one 32bit and un-official 64bit release candidate). Single license allows to use both of them.
