Bug with Nepheton key

Hello d16 team,
After a total reset of my computer and the re-installation of all my
software, I have a problem with my Nepheton key : I put the key in the
right folder but I got a message telling me that the key is an incorrect
one... strange! I don't have this problem with the Drumazon key.
Do you have a suggestion?

I have receive your email and I want to send you my invoice number... but I can't : each time, I receive a failure delivery status notification saying that my email is not delivered to
d16@contact.pl.
Do you know if there is an incompatibility between your email and hotmail adress?
Sorry to block up the forum with private message but I don't have any other solution to contact you.
Can I give you my invoice number here?

Sorry I made a mistake in my message : I use the proper email address (
contact@d16.pl) and receive failure delivery status notifications. I don't understand why... And it strange that you can't find me in your database too. Could it be because I buy Nepheton with a reduction code?
I try to send you my invoice number from an other email address.
