Nepheton beta period is closed

Post by Przemek@d16 » Thu Jun 14, 2007 4:51 pm

We would like to announce that today we've released Nepheton. This also means that the beta period is closed now and all future updates will be send only to users who preordered Nepheton or will purchase it in the future.

All users who preordered Nepheton have been notified via email about Nepheton release. If you have not received the message yet please contact with us at contact@d16.pl and we'll send the message to you once again. The message contains both the download links and your personal License Key file. The License Key files for the final 1.0.0 version are different from the temporary Key file for beta versions and they can't be interchanged.

And just for information what we've changed with the 1.0.0 here is the list:

Changes
- enabled user drum map via .ini file
- changed Tempo display behavior (now when Int Sync is set it shows pattern tempo value all the time [no matter whether Patt Write is on])
- added triggering internal patterns with Midi Notes also when Host Mode is off
- implemented Tap function
- removed Rescale button from GUI
- changed Midi CC Map handling (now actual Midi CC map is stored within .ini file [like Drum Map], loading and saving is still enabled)
- fixed Randomizer bugs within Host Mode
- fixed Pattern name display when Int Seq is off
- fixed starting pattern settings
- fixed Default 808 preset

That's all folks :) Thank you very much for your feedback, testing and supporting us all the time.

Cheers,
Przemek

great work!
amazing recreation of the 808!!

only wishes:

- improve load/save of presets - it's a bit "complicated"
(check abl2 for what i mean - simple dropdown menu)
- gui should show wich sound is selected on top row of the channels too

keep it up!!
