Increase Nepheton Output count from 12 to 16

Hi,

We'll check out how current version of host applications will handle that, we experience problems with more outputs in the past with some host. If there'll be no conflicts or issues we'll increase number of outputs to 16.

Easiest test might be to just release a beta with 16 outputs and see if anyone complains.
