Nepheton patter follow in FL Studio 9 help

Hello, just programmed pattern one (1-01) and pattern two (1-02) in Nepheton internal mode. After that when I wan't to play them in FL Studio piano roll I placed first note on C1 and second one C#1, but it keeps playing just first pattern (1-01). Why it is like that? Thanks.
