This will be done as we did in Phoscyon 1.8, the midi input will work in Native mode to, for switching patterns. I suppose this will be even included within the update.

Yes. This is definitely what we intend to do in 2.x version

In version 2x per step access has to be disabled by default. Temporarily re-enabled using a Modifier Key like CTRL.

Once we implement this feature in one machine it'll instantly appear in the others :) .. and in Phoscyon too.
