at least an analogue synth that you can customize. pick any waveform you want, maybe be able to draw them, but especially something that can do EVERYTHING an alpha juno can do.
something with an interface like the alpha juno control

Now also add some white noise, and then stack 6 of those on top of each other, with free-running oscillators or slightly offset starting times (like MKS-50 chord mode). For fx: add some gain, lower lo and hi eq, raise mid eq and sweep it back and forth, fe...

The square has the pointy lines from the saw on a 303. but what i love about the square is when you slightly distort it, cutoff+res all the way down, with deep bass notes then a + or a ++ to it. sounds great!
