I had a similar error when trying to export a preset. When you try to save a preset from a plugin which has been loaded into a host with total recall settings, it will only save the default preset but not the adjustments made by the total recall.

Here is the preset and a dry file. I also tried it on this pc and I must be dreaming or something. On my studio pc, the same preset it sounds very granular , but on this pc sounds more smooth. Could it be having something to do with the processor ? My studio pc only has a core 2 duo , thos one is a ...

i believe this is mentioned in the manual, reloading the plugin would always reset the factory bank. But also the "unused presets".. (do they maybe get filled up with factory presets later ?)

Modulation responds weird on toy box

Hello, I'd like to ask a question about some 'artefacts" that I hear when I use modulation on a very long reverb with a toy box instrument. It seems to "crackle" a bit. Not that it causes digital clips but the reverb for the initial toybox punch seems kind of rough when you add modulation to the rev...

haha yeah i was doing a tune (it was just a simple toybox sampels enhanced with toraverb an it was taking more than 20% cpu power.

Good to know it's not the final optimization code.

no, you hear the sound changing when you preview it in soundforge realtime, it's jsut when you press OK to process that it would always be the "original preset" that was being rendered, and not the adjustments that you have made.

I'll try on cubase studio 5.0.1 later

wetness setting not recording propperly in sound forge

Hello, I've bought toraverb and i'm experimenting in sound forge. I have a little piano tune I want to process with it, but whenever I dial the wetness back to like a setting of 40% , the processed sound will only contain wetness without the dry signal. - I registered using my key - I restarted soun...

damn, am I too enthousiastic in saying that even cubase roomworks doesnt even sound that good. the only thing that comes a bit close is art accoustics reverb plugin (if i'm correctly it's an algorythmic verb too right ?).

I'm very tempted :)

Found a "save on existing preset file" bug: I tried saving a present (with a higher tuned snare and longer dacay). When I load the preset, only the decay is recalled but the tuning doesnt match the preset. If I manually adjust the tuning in the preset file (from 0.288 to 0.688 for example) the tunin...

Yep, but i'm confused, even if i select in pattern write mode, and it reads 1.02 , the first one still plays . So because I have no second pattern , I can't switch between the 2 when not in pattern write mode, but if I have the mode on: it doesnt select the new pattern to write and you hear the firs...

Nithonat betas and RCs

Hello, So far so good for testing that the internal sequencer does actually work, sounds are (still) nice and I get my way around writing presets. Now I'd like to be able to create a few patterns in the sequencer. I can program it allright but I think i must be missing something cause i can't seem t...

ah well that makes it more clear.. so the decay actually sets it in bars rather than in envelope ?
