okay, now that we have unbelievably amazing versions of the 808, 909 and 303, i'm wondering if d16 has any thoughts on what their next VST might be? i say do something totally original! no more clones or emulations, or if it is an emulation, tweak it and modify it so much so that it becomes your own...

i listened the demos and ain't sound very tight/clean ??? can be litle dirtier ??? some tube effect 2 be added ?? anyway keep up good work ... FX? sacrilege! that would miss the entire point. it's easy to mask crap synthesis w/ FX. the idea here is to present the 808 as it sounds. last time i check...

any chance of the demo soon? it's almost may!

devilfish is a mod. not a re-creation. same reason why you could mod a honda civic and honda wouldn't care... lots of third party people doing that. but if you replicate a honda civic and call it something else, i think honda would be... peeved. and then their lawyers would be calling you...

now mackie is gonna freak out over the knobs:) they look exactly like my mixer... to be honest, i don't really like the interface, but i'm just little old me. it reminds me too much of a mackie mixer... a bit too clinical and practical... not crazy about the colour scheme... might look better in bla...
