Ok. In VSTHost drumazon works as known. MSCVP71.dll was missing. But in Cubase still the same case. I overwrote the existing msvcr71 with the older one and added msvcr71d which wasn't in system32 too. But like before.

Plugin Problem

Sorry for that primitive title, but i don't know which hits my case better. I'll try: I'm using Cubase 4.5 on WinXP and running Kaspersky IS 2009 in background which didn't affect anything. Well it has to do with Nepheton AND Drumazon. Untill yesterday all worked fine. Today i've opened a project us...

i was waiting for a filter from D16. Well Decimort could be used as one. Too bad that the filter settings are limited to 12 kHz...

the previous skin looked more "devil(f)ish"-like. But D16 had some trouble with Roland about the Realistic skin. But i think Drumazon and Nepheton are looking also like their pendants. I liked the previous PH skin more. So why not the old skin with some changes here'n'there?... Please

Devastor sound demo

sound examples sound not bad. I would like to hear it working a Drumazon or 909 Snare and other single drum sounds. Better would be a demo or beta

sounds like you want to cut the kick length in realtime?
Use a gate, standard noise gate with exactly fine-tuned parameters for your needs. Or go directly over to Kjaerhus GAG-1, where you can trigger the Gate via Midi. Very good to shorten long sounds. - Try it!

Hi!

You can use 'tune depth' to raise the pitch (and attack!!) slightly.
If you don't want to export/import in a sampler... look for 'Hemathom' from Ohm Force. This plug allows you to pitch any incoming signal without killing formants...! Try it!

Aha. Noch ein deutschsprachiger User!

Another german!

You can change your patterns via Midi in piano roll editor. Every key stands for a pattern, so you can program your pattern arrangement.

After playing around with this 909emu and using different fx like overdrive etc. i came close to that hard snare sound! :D
Another fact is that noise modulation. In fact of using or hearing productions with samples this synthesized sounds sound strange but very good!

i think it's nothing else than using a sine wave with a better bass response. Creating a 'Fat' sound relies more on which fx you use.
