Yes, in older version we kept presets for single instruments but it wasn't very handy - we have plans for big update of this part of drum machines.

It indicates the same as leds near instruments' Level knobs. Total Accent can be randomized. If during selecting tracks to be randomized you will select also TA - by turning INSTR SEL to TA you can randomize TA steps. Then led will indicate randomization and Total Accent level knob will let you tune...

Indeed there is bug in manual in 1st case - we decided at some stage of drum machines unification to make all the instruments the same manner: Off, On, Accented
The 2nd case is some change we haven't noticed - we'll fix it during update.
