Re: Patch made in Ableton Live sounds different in Cubase
Thanks Sebastian, yes I have just taken out the filter envelope modulation and left the notes as they were. The bassline is from dubby track, seems a bit out of context here but... i have learnt the difference between Live and Cubase when it comes to writting chuggy legato basslines  Thanks...

Re: Patch made in Ableton Live sounds different in Cubase
Thank you for the reply Sebastian, This is good in theory, but in reality the notes are 16ths and there are only 2 notes, EEF#F#, so the notes won't slur. If I was to overlap the consecutive notes, the second note just doesn't play. I don't know how to get the bassline sounding the same in Cubase, v...

Patch made in Ableton Live sounds different in Cubase
I made this bassline in Live 9.0.4... http://www.spectraselecta.com/temp/LuSH-101_Live.mp3 ...when I exported my MIDI files and patches to Cubase, I get this... http://www.spectraselecta.com/temp/LuSH-101_Cubase.mp3 I'm guessing Live handles legato differently or something? I have changed no setting...

Re: FEATURE REQUEST HERE
I'd like a single layer version, and the ability to switch off the modified patch warning. The multi-timbre architecture, together with the lack of multicore support is a killer, i just can't believe there is no mono-timbral version. I have 2 very powerful computers (Win & OSX) and what I wo...

Re: NEPHETON and PHOSCYON not saving patches
...I've found a temporary workaround. The only patch that saves any relevent data is to save an FXB with the Ableton preset saving interface. I then open the bank in VST Host (a wonderful little program), then save the bank with another name. That bank then opens properly in Cubase. It's a pain in t...

NEPHETON and PHOSCYON not saving patches
Hi there, I'm trying to export patches from both these plugs in Ableton Live v8.2.2... I save a bank and a preset with the plugin interface, and I save an FXP and FXB with the Live interface and all of the patches are saved with the default settings. When I load the patch in Cubase it dunt work, mor...
