Hmm, strange, I just reloaded the project (without having rebooted) and cpu usage is back to normal with the silverline plugins.

Something must have triggered the spiking behavior, I'll see if I can replicate the issue somehow.

Hi,

Thanks for having a look at the issue, I use Cubase 5 and Windows XP 32-bit.

Extreme cpu usage at 96kHz

I was using Decimort today in a 96kHz project and the total cpu usage goes from 10 percent to spiking from 50 to 70 percent when I activate Decimort. In 44kHz it behaves normally though. I have heard reports that the vst-bridge doesn´t work properly in all cases. Perhaps someone who has tried it with d16 plugins could chime in?

Edit: Also, the vst-bridge was already present in the 64-bit preview of C4.

64-bit versions?

Are there any plans for 64-bit versions of your plugins? It is my understanding that 32-bit plugins won´t work properly in a 64-bit environment, please correct me if I am wrong. With Cubase 5 64-bit released and Windows 7 around the corner I can see myself migrating to a 64-bit platform in a year o...

I would hope to see a new synth next, if emulation then perhaps sh-101 or ems synthi would be very useful. Of course something completely new would also be interesting.
