TAPing? The 909 can be played live by switching to, for example, the kick drum and then the indidivudal hits turned on and off via the 16 step sequencer from the front. I would like this to be available via the input in ableton live so i can assign a keyboard to it and then use the first 16 keys to ...

Would you be able to respond to my post further up? I really want to use the DR live in the same way that a real 909 would be used live, being able to use a keyboard to drop in and drop out individual hits within a pattern.

Hello folks First post here, I like drumazon (esp with the devastator combo.. damn thats good) BUT I have played with many 909's over the years and want to be able to do ONE thing.
