Hi,

Of course we do plan attractive crossgrade offers for current customers, but 2.x upgrade is still quite distant future (not very, but we have few other things on our ToDo list we want to take care of first).

Cheers,
Sebastian

Why distant? What else besides AAX has to be taken care of first and why are d16 software developments taking so long? Anyways 2.x upgrades should start with perfecting Drumazon which is almost there already.

Hi,

Distant, because there were our very first plug-ins, now their internal structure is bit outdated and practically will have to be rewritten from scratch for 2.x versions (speaking of upgrades). Also we are going to change a lot in our approach to classic boxes, that will also require some extra time.

Apart from that we'll be releasing 1.x maintenance updates sooner (last from 1.x generation).

Cheers,
Sebastian

But why are small maintenance updates taking so many months to release? Drumazon trigger source never remembers its default output. Small bugfixes like that, then just be done with 1.x for good and move on to 2.x.

Hi,

It's because we're in the meantime working on AAX versions as well, update of Sigmund (which we still have been polishing) and adapting older products (Classic Boxes and SilverLines) to new programming framework. I'm sorry it's taking so long, but some things consume the time.

Kind regards,
Sebastian

As long as it come closer to the original then keep up the hard work ...no need to worry about all that marketing on Roland Aira TB-3 the shit is weak compare to the hardware ... also a silver box GUI like the fx line will be great and also for the Nithonat 606 to match this suckers up .... love your sofware ...hope to hear some dry samples comparison like on www.acidvoice.com .............peace
