Program Changes Ableton

Hello
I know that this was already written about a few years ago, but I would like to ask again explicitly whether there is a possibility to use the program change for the automatic change of presets within a miditrack in ableton. For live sets this would be essential you know. And also because I really do like the synth a lot, I would love to use it for my livesets
